Welcome to StrategicDiversity.com

The StrategicDiversity.com website showcases the efforts of companies and organizations that believe that a diverse workforce is important to their future success. We are bringing companies, universities, and service organization professionals together to explore diversity strategies. 

StrategicDiversity.com officially launched 5 years ago. Since then, we are pleased to report that traffic on the site has grown dramatically and includes visitors more than 50 countries. Our pages attract new visitors everyday and we are rapidly approaching our goal of becoming Diversity’s Homepage. Considering we began as a grassroots effort to put forth diversity strategy resources for busy professionals- we feel our results have been dramatic.

Since our launch, we have been fortunate to feature the diversity strategies from such world famous companies like Abbott Laboratories, The Hartford, DELL, Standard Taxi, HSBC, Bausch & Lomb, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, & Denny's just to name a few. We have featured presentations by diversity professionals associated with Cornell, U of Washington, U Mass Boston, UCDavis, and the State Universities of Minnesota. We are also in regular contact with leading subject matter experts that focus on removing barriers to employment and advancing assistive technologies.
