	Sr. Commercial Litigation Specialist (Coverage & Severity) Diamond Bar, CA
	Due to continued growth, our Diamond Bar, CA office is seeking a senior-level commercial litigation specialist for it’s Diamond Bar, CA office.  In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling litigated commercial liability claims ranging from 500k -1 million (eventually up to 2 million) in exposure.  Must have background in handling severity commercial claims such as: libel, slander, breach of contract, catastrophic injuries (deaths, dismemberments, etc.), trademark infringements, etc.  In addition, must have extensive experience with determining coverage and making coverage decisions (Reservation of Rights, declinations, etc.).
