About Cornell ILR

The ILR School is one of 13 academic units within Cornell University and is the country's premier institution for research, education, and outreach on employment-related issues and advancing the world of work. ILR's highly respected resident and extension faculty, undergraduate and graduate degree programs, outreach activities, library, and centers and institutes examine and serve the world of work from virtually every angle. ILR has training and education centers in five locations around New York State to fulfill its mission of translating contemporary research into relevant and practical information valuable to workplaces.

Diversity and Inclusion Practice

Cornell ILR's Diversity and Inclusion Practice Group provides the latest thinking, research, education, and best practices aimed at creating a competitive and inclusive workforce. Our comprehensive range of unique programs include workshops, a certificate for completing a specified set of workshops, Cornell's Certified Diversity Professional program, coaching services, on-site training, a Chief Diversity Officers Roundtable, and an Advanced Practitioners Forum.
