Recruiter - Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a
minimum of 2 years relevant recruitment experience, preferably
in the Hospitality Industry. Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Should have strong interviewing
and evaluating skills, as well as be familiar with employment
and interviewing laws.
- Must have excellent
interpersonal & public speaking skills, and be computer
proficient.
- Should possess strong
organizational skills, such as being able to manage college
career fairs and other general recruitment activities.
- Must be able to develop and
implement innovative strategies to achieve recruitment outcomes
pertaining to the quantity, quality, and diversity of job
seekers.
- Prefer individual with strong
local recruitment network, as well as relationships with
nationwide College Placement Offices that have special emphasis
on Hospitality & Business Programs.
- Must have demonstrated
experience in handling multiple priorities.
- Flexible schedule and travel
required.
