The client company is a Fortune 500 real estate related insurance firm. This position is the fast track to the Chief Legal Counsel responsible for a major division of the organization. Position is based in Phoenix Arizona.  Attractive compensation package includes full benefits. Relocation package is available. Key responsibilities include Provide legal advice related to insurance claims and servicing on escrow/title rights Preparation of complex contracts involving claims administration, leases, licenses, sale and insurance for the client’s internal and external customers. Insurance administration statutes - decisions and ordinances relating to insurance judicial bodies. Works on unusually complex insurance claims problems and provides solutions that may be highly creative. Independently purses actions to achieve desired legal results and appropriate timetables. Serves as spokesperson on highly complex title/escrow/claims/situations.  Functions as advisor to top management and necessary internal/external attorneys. Requires an undergrad degree and recognized Law School degree as well as admission to (or eligibility) Arizona Bar to practice Law in Arizona.
