StrategicDiversity.com officially launched 3 years ago. Since then, we are pleased to report that traffic on the site has grown dramatically and includes visitors more than 50 countries. Our pages attract new visitors everyday and we are rapidly approaching our goal of becoming Diversity’s Homepage. Considering we began as a grassroots effort to put forth diversity strategy resources for busy professionals.

Since our launch, we have been fortunate to feature the diversity strategies from such world famous companies like Abbott Laboratories, The Hartford, DELL, Standard Taxi, HSBC, Bausch & Lomb, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, & Denny's just to name a few. We have featured presentations by diversity professionals associated with Cornell, U of Washington, U Mass Boston, UCDavis, and the State Universities of Minnesota. We are also in regular contact with leading subject matter experts that focus on removing barriers to employment and advancing assistive technologies.

In addition, we are proud to say that StrategicDiversity.com serves as the internet home base for W.E.E.T. and connects W.E.E.T. to employers and the disabled workforce in Southern Nevada.  The Work Enhancement Employment Team. (W.E.E.T.) was formed in 1996 as a joint effort between the Veteran’s Administration and the State of Nevada Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. The objective was to bring together businesses and service organizations to further employment efforts on behalf of the disabled. W.E.E.T.partners with federal, state and local agencies and private corporations in bringing employers in Southern Nevada together in an effort to create awareness of the outstanding abilities of individuals with disabilities, as well as to educate and guide them in employing, training and empowering able individuals. 

StrategicDiversity.com welcomes Diversity Managers to contribute articles, reports, photos, event announcements press releases, job fairs, conferences essays etc. In addition, StrategicDiversity.com invites Diversity Managers to participate by listing their diversity website links with us. HR Professionals and Recruiters have a standing invitation to post recruiter/staffing positions at no charge.
